The problems society is facing has nothing to do with men wanting to procreate with beautiful women, although I do agree that ultimately, the situation we find ourselves in is indeed men's fault.
Women are essentially children. As men, it's our duty to care for them, and part of caring for them means to provide them with a kind-yet-firm guiding hand throughout their lives (as one would when raising a child).
Thanks to the invention of agriculture, monetary systems, religion, industrialization, modern medicine, and more, the ways in which success is determined have changed over the millennia. As a man, your strength, intelligence, cunning, and leadership abilities have been largely supplanted by your capacity to earn fake paper money. Your success is determined not by your ingenuity or bravery or brawn, but by your ability to tolerate sitting under florescent lighting working on a spreadsheet for 38% of your entire lifespan.
These developments have allowed for weaker, dumber men to "succeed" en masse, and thus much of the decision-making falls to them. Women, still biologically attracted to strong, masculine men capable of putting them in their place, began seeing how far they could push this new, limp-wristed breed of man (otherwise known as shit testing).
Weak men, desperate for even the slightest whiff of pussy, agreed to their every demand and, even now, continue to do so.
Fast forward a little bit, and we find ourselves in a society where more women than men attend the ruins of universities and colleges (places of "higher education" no more, if they ever truly were). We have women engineers designing bridges that collapse and kill people, and women who pretend to invent medical miracles (Elizabeth Holmes), and of course a bevy of the not-really-men who grovel at their feet, practically begging to give them more and more opportunities.
Until the natural order of things is restored, things will really only get worse.
Personally, I have my doubts. You'll really be pissed off when you realize that all of this is by design...
