Same here, I cut bread out of my diet and been drinking more water. I still have my cheat days for junk food and booze which isn't that much compared to what I used to consume. I've also been hitting the gym and using the rowing machine at the end of each workout while looking at the fine asses on the treadmills in front of me which helps make the workout last longer.
